The staff from managers, to checkers, to section leaders ( produce, meat, deli etc.) are very friendly, helpful, and kind. Also people who work at the bakery section, Renaud's, are really great. Love Gelson's loyalty program. This is a definite 6 star grocery store.
Excellent Customer Service! Went to Gelson's yesterday to buy some cheese to prepare a fruit and cheese platter for a small baby shower. I needed something simple and was in a hurry! Shout out to Kathy who did not 1 but 2 impromptu platters in less than 40 mins while still manning her duties at the Murray's Cheese counter.
This is a nice market I have come here several times. I was shocked this time. I know the price of things have gone up but I just needed to get cash back and threw a tiny bit of items so i could get cash back. It was $5.00. Not even one cucumber. It is crazy to me. Gauging people. I never add photos but I thought this was crazy.
I love my local Gelson's, and Jesus has to be one of the best employees there. He is always pleasant, kind happy to serve his customers. He is a very hard-working, efficient, knowledgeable caring, and kind. Thank you Jesus and everyone at Gelson's are excellent service.
